The film industry and Satish Kaushik’s fans were left in shock when the veteran Bollywood actor passed away in March this year. He had a massive fan following for many years due to his impressive acting skills and directing talents. Kaushik, who was 66 years old at the time of his passing, was highly respected for his outstanding performances in movies and his exceptional directorial abilities. As April 13 marks his 67th birthday, his friend and actor Anil Kapoor once again remembered him.

For the unversed, on Thursday, Anil took to his social media handle and shared a heart-warming tribute to mark the birth anniversary of his dear friend Satish. The video montage opened with a scene from Anil Kapoor and Satish Kaushik’s last year release Thar. Later, it features clippings of the films in which Anil and Satish have shared the screen space; from Mr India to Ram Lakhan. Instagramming the video post, Kapoor wrote, “While I sit here trying to find the right words or just any words really to express what I feel right now.”
He further added, “I want to fill books telling you what you mean to me but I know you already knew that…in the 3 mins of this video, I relived so many of our memories. I wish we had more time…I wish I could call you and tell you just one more time how lucky I am to have you in my life….I miss you beyond words Satish…I pray that everyone has a friend like you in their life because you were a true blessing…Happy Birthday my friend.”
On the other hand, Anumap Kher also shared a moving video of Kaushik on the occasion of the latter’s birth anniversary.
