By Apoorva Jayachandran : A huge fire broke out in the forest area of Kailasagiri hills on Wednesday night. The raging fire has created panic at the Srikalahasteeswara temple in Srikalahasti in Andhra Pradesh’s Chittoor district.

According to the temple authorities, attempts to douse the fire remained unsuccessful and the fire kept raging on.

The temple officials suspect that the forest fire was triggered by alleged human interference when some miscreants allegedly ventured into the forest area.
Meanwhile, no casualties or property damage has been reported yet.
