After the PGIMER administration in Chandigarh barred 36 nursing students from leaving the hostel for skipping Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 100th episode of Mann ki Baat, Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Mahua Moitra on Friday wondered if she would be punished and asked not to leave her house for not listening to the Prime Minister’s radio address. Taking to Twitter, Moitra took a jibe over PM Modi’s ‘Mann ki Baat’ radio broadcast, dubbing it as “monkey baat”. “I haven’t listened to monkey baat either. Not once. Not ever. Am I going to be punished as well? Will l be forbidden from leaving my house for a week? Seriously worried now,” the TMC lawmaker said, attaching a news report of the incident.
